Processing Time
All orders are custom-made after the order is placed. Processing and production typically take 2-5 business days before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once produced, orders are shipped to the customer's address. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp, if provided.
